Cancellation Policy

We take pride in our fast processing, shipping, and delivery. Once an order is placed, our dedicated team of moms quickly prepares it for the next scheduled pick-up.

Therefore, we have a 3-hour cancellation window. Requests for cancellation after this period cannot be accommodated, as the order is likely already packed and with the courier, set for transit the following day.

However, customers can return the package for a refund, excluding the transaction fee charged by the payment gateway.

For transactions totaling less than $99, there will be a flat deduction of $7.95 per unit to cover payment processor transaction fees.
